Prompt and courteous service, clean and nice employees. The repair person came, reviewed the problem and suggested we tighten my spring which is what I expected all along. He tightened it, lubed all joints and tightened the chain then tested the door and it worked properly. Later that day the problem came back so they came back out to review the problem the next day free of charge. The new tech adjusted the up and down torque dials on the motor, lubed the joints again and it seemed to work again. Later that day the same problem continues to occur. I’m tired of scheduling tech’s so I’m just going to work on the torque dials and find the right measure and call it a day. In the end the spring needed to be tightened and now the motor needs to be adjusted to match the spring’s new tightness. Bottom line, Banko was courteous; willing to work with me and most importantly didn’t try to work me over by telling me I needed new parts and a new motor. I really appreciate the honesty of the company and will use them again when it comes time for me to call on a garage door repair company.
