I’ve had them visit before for the same broken spring issue, only this time it was the other spring that broke. The last tech we had was much more friendly than this one and gave me info about the 2 year warranty on the new spring. This one didn’t and really didn’t say much of anything except “you owe $160″ when he was done, but he did show up as promised and fixed the spring quickly.
