Very pleased with their service. They emailed the apt confirmation along with a picture of the tech. The tech re-taught my door for its proper limits, then went through the procedure with me; I figured it was in the manual, but it still felt worth the trip for other reasons regarding time I had to fix it. I then wrote it all down and he confirmed that I had it correct. He also lubed all three of my doors. The price was right for his time and trip so I’ll use Banko again.
