As I was leaving for work one-day last week I pressed the garage door button and the door would not go up. I called for my husband and he checked the door and realized the spring was broken. He called Banko that morning and a technician arrived at the house by 3:00 that afternoon. The technician recommended to replace both springs as they were years old. Now we don’t have to worry about them breaking for a while. Thank you for being a reputable company.
