This is in response to your recent service call at the above address. Your technician Gene was awesome. He showed up when he said he would. He immediately used his equipment to diagnose the failure of my remotes to operate the doors – he determined it was an outside signal interfering with my opener. He replaced the board and the system works fine. He even went further to program my vehicle to operate the opener. You are indeed fortunate to have Gene on your staff. Looking forward to the Starbucks card.
