Quick response to initial phone call. The garage door opener was not functioning and first, tried a battery change. 2nd visit revealed the need for a new door opener. Had it installed immediately so was no longer frustrated with on again/off again door opener. I was so pleased with the service I recommended Banko to a friend having a similar, but not as serious, problem. As a seasoned citizen I so enjoy doing business with honest, knowledgeable and polite representatives of a business I have contacted.
