Banko installed a LiftMaster WiFi enabled garage door opener about 8 months ago. Recently we lost our WiFi connectivity and tried several trouble shooting methods without success. We contacted Banko Customer Service and spoke with Verna. She checked our account and advised us we are still under warranty. She was more than willing to connect us to the Warranty group but suggested that we could contact a technical support person at Chamberlain to trouble shoot first so that we could be sure of the issue. Verna was helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We had a great experience with Chamberlain and our problem was resolved without having to wait for a technician to be scheduled. I have used Banko in our other homes and have always been pleased with their service and support.
