I’ve used Banko since the 90s when I was in the residential home building business. There were one of my top vendors at that time and as far as garage doors go they’re number one in my books now and I would not consider using anyone else. The technician Ben Greer that’s been to my house on several repairs has always been prompt, polite, courteous, and company oriented. You’re lucky to have an person of his caliber and his character under your employ.

Excellent response time. Knowledgeable tech. He was very gratuitous when I did not know all I needed was a battery. As it was 6 yrs since last here, I now feel secure since the door was given the once over and things were tighten upped and greased. Thank you.
