Ben came out to replace a heavy door spring. He was polite and interesting and clearly explained our options. Then he noticed my other garage door had a broken plastic light cover (from my boys playing tennis inside the garage… we shared a few parenting anecdotes) Ben offered to drop us off a cover FOR FREE when he replaced a matching unit at another service call later in the week. I assumed he was just being nice and I would never see him again. But today He DID. He dropped off a replacement part at my front door!
