Derek was the technician on call to service my garage door. He was punctual and very professional.
He very quickly identified and resolved the problem. He then looked around to identify any other issues which could potentially create a problem in the future and fixed those as well. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed, giving me tips as he went along. I am very pleased with the service delivery and it was quite clear that he takes great pride in his work.
Of course, I must not forget the administrative side – handled very proficiently by Penny.
