The technician who visited my residence was exceptionally proficient in his field. Despite my difficulty in recalling names, he demonstrated remarkable expertise and kindness. During his visit, we engaged in stimulating discussions, and he shared his extensive knowledge with me. He successfully restored my online connectivity, even though my queue application had previously enabled me to configure the garage system remotely via my phone. I am deeply grateful for his assistance, as he stands out as one of the most pleasant individuals I have encountered while having any type of work performed at my home. His comprehensive understanding of his job is evident, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the services provided by Banco overhead door.

I had Gurdev the technician from Banko Garage Doors come out to discuss why my garage door was making so much noise. He diagnosed the problem and adjusted the springs and automatic door opener as well as lubing the hinges. It’s very quiet and working perfectly. Thank You! Rick K.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with the Tampa Bay Banko location, especially their Service Technician, Gene Macchiello. I recently had a stressful situation where my garage door malfunctioned, causing damage to both the garage door and the vehicle. I was worried I’d be spending thousands on a new door.  Banko sent Gene out, and he immediately put me at ease. He assessed the damage, explained everything clearly, and most importantly, told me he could repair the door. His confidence, professionalism, and extensive knowledge were immediately obvious. It’s rare to meet someone who truly knows their craft at such a high level, and Gene is absolutely one of those people. Highly recommend both the company and Gene in particular!

I had to leave my house today and my garage door wouldn’t open. I contacted Banko’s Customer Service to request service to have the springs replaced. The representative was very friendly and considerate of my situation. She had an opening today and said Dave would be available at 4 pm. Dave and Angel did an excellent job replacing the springs and completed the work in less than 45 minutes. They were very professional and the cost was very reasonable.. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I went to leave my house on Saturday and I had a broken spring and was stuck in my garage. I called Banko and their customer service was fantastic. They were able to get a technician to my home the same day and the quote they gave me over the phone was exactly what I paid. No additional fees and the technician was very professional. Great experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

I had Banko come out two weeks ago to provide me with a quote. I have two single (his and hers) car garage doors and I needed new openers and the seals replaced for both doors. I was very happy with the quote, I responded for the install and was scheduled for install last Thursday 2/12 between 8am-12pm.

Unfortunately, they had a truck break down that morning. Our scheduler called me around 10am and explained the situation, but assured me someone would still be there to install between noon and 4pm. She did say it would probably be closer to 4pm. No problem, Schnitt happens.

Here’s where it gets good… I had a Banko technician show up around 2pm and told me he was not my scheduled technician, but he was there to help get the project started. He was installing the second opener as the scheduled tech showed up around 3:15pm. Together they wrapped up the project around 3:45pm.

I could not be happier with the Lift Masters installed and the amazing teamwork by Banko to keep us on schedule. Fantastic all around. They knocked it out of the park.

Very courteous. I called before noon and received same day service. The service technician was very professional. The price I was quoted was the price I paid! I will recommend Banko to all of my friends!
