We have been with Banko Overhead Doors of Tampa for several years. Always had wonderful service. Due to Hurricane Milton our power was off so I had to manually open the garage door. When the power came back on I hit the garage door opener and heard a loud noise. I thought I had broke it as all I could hear was a humming sound.

I called Banko today which is Saturday and left a message with their answering service. I received a voicemail promptly from John from your Tampa office checking in to see if I still needed service.

I returned the call and the nicest young lady answered the phone. I feel terrible that I can’t remember her name. I asked for John and she advised me he was on the phone speaking with a customer but perhaps she could help me. I explained the problem to her and she assured me that I didn’t break it, she patiently went through step by step how to fix the issue not just once but a few times. She was able to walk me through getting the trolley attached to the door again and bam it was fixed. Please give the young lady in the Tampa office who answers the phone lots of praise for her professionalism, patience, knowledge, listening skills, manners, tone and friendliness. She never gave up on me. I’m a female and didn’t know too much about garage doors and she was so patient and understanding with me.

Thank You Banko you will continue to be our forever garage repair solution.

We have been very impressed with Banko’s response to our need to have a garage door opener installed. Their prices are the best we have found. We called one day at 4:30 PM and we lucky to have our opener installed the next day, less than 24 hours after we called. Dan’s customer service was great. We are so happy with our door!
