Wonderful experience! They scheduled quickly (much faster than others that I called). John took my call, answered all my questions and set up the appointment and was very helpful. Gene and Rich were the technicians who came out, they were on time, did the work and were very helpful and nice. Will definitely continue to use Banko for our garage needs!

From setting the appointment to quick service this was a great experience. Had to have our garage door sensors replaced after Helene. Customer service rep was able to get us on their schedule within 48 hours and they quickly and efficiently did the repair and also did a thorough inspection of all the equipment. The technician was very nice and professional.
