Priscilla and Jennifer were both helpful, friendly and courteous in setting up the appointment, returning a message, confirming the appointment twice and even advising me that the technician was at the stop before me and would be giving me a call with ETA. All in all, excellent service. Eyal was our technician and we could not have been anymore satisfied. He was personable, professional, informative, and meticulously thorough in the service he performed. He also offered helpful tips without even asking.
