I honestly can’t say enough great things! I want to recognize Zach and Faried for outstanding service. The customer service provided was about and beyond my expectations! These gentlemen were working in my neighborhood, ( my appt was scheduled much later in the day), they were driving past an noticed my garage door was clearly having problems, and looked into their schedule and asked if they could fix my garage now as they were just driving by and saw my car was stuck inside. I cannot express how happy I am with the kindness, professionalism, and proactive problem solving these gentlemen showed that morning. I hope the higher ups read this and recognize these outstanding men in a great job done as well as such excellent customer service, they deserve a bonus!

Outstanding- service was actually early – rare these days – preformed the repair and explained things excellently. He even applied lubricant in the important areas of the door operation- I thought that was outstanding.

Super. Robert the tech showed up on time and did a complete maintenance check-up on my Garage Door. He went over everything he did and gave me a few maintenance tips to in between regular maintenance. Overall, I was very pleased with Banko’s Service 👍👍👍

I’m hard of hearing and my neighbor was texting me and phoning me to let me know the men were here!! It was quick! Thorough (?) polite, clean, very kind & helpful!! Thank you..makes an “Old Lady Happy!” AND..my garage door opens & closes again!!
