Just wanted to take the time to thank Banko Doors for responding so quickly on a Holiday. Our door malfunctioned on the evening of Dec 23rd, my husband left a message that evening and at 7 am the very next day your technician contacted us and the door was repaired by 11:30 am. I live in Bradenton, FL. I had a problem with my screw drive garage door opener and called Banko Overhead Doors. They came right out and scheduled a repair since the part was not on the truck. He arrived two days later with the part, greased the door and lubricated all the springs and other moving parts. The door works great now and I was only charged for the call 75 dollars and the part 29 dollars. I will use them again…thanks….
