Easy to talk to and explained what was not working. I was up and running in about an hour or so. My garage door opens quietly and quickly. So very happy with all of their service. James came out to our home in Atlantic Beach within one day of me calling the office and he had us up and running within an hour for a VERY fair price! He took one look at our system and immediately recognized the failed part and made sure we knew it had a lifetime warranty. Johnny V did a complete search for my inability to use my garage remote openers. He quickly located the problem and installed a new garage door motor. Mine was over 20 years old! I love the new installation with the battery backup, camera and wi-fi access on my phone. Priscilla and Karen were very helpful also.
