Absolutely wonderful, the gentleman that came to fix our garage door (Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but he was the one with the charming Boston accent) was so polite and very friendly. He did an excellent job, I would 100% recommend him and this company for any repairs.

We had a new garage door giving us continued issues and James came out today and got us all straightened out. He also told us about preventative maintenance and was helpful, thorough and friendly. So happy to be with Banko now for all our garage needs! And he was here quickly too. No waiting for weeks to get someone out. Thank you!

Excellent experience! Jason in sales was quick to respond to our needs — our garage door broke and his turn around was incredibly speedy. Kyle our installer (assisted by a very nice gentleman but I was remiss in getting his name) was very professional and thorough. My husband was super impressed how they went the extra mile to secure the new door in a much better way than our old door was installed. We purchased a new door, motor and keypad very pleased with everything. Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend!
