From the customer service to the maintenance performed, our experience was terrific! Priscilla and Jennifer were both helpful, friendly and courteous in setting up the appointment, returning a message, confirming the appointment twice and even advising me that the technician was at the stop before me and would be giving me a call with ETA. All in all, excellent service. Eyal was our technician and we could not have been anymore satisfied. He was personable, professional, informative, and meticulously thorough in the service he performed. He also offered helpful tips without even asking. I would not hesitate to use Banko for any of my garage door needs.

I was very satisfied with Banko’s service call. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, as I requested. They did not keep me waiting, actually texted me asking if they could come earlier than the scheduled time. The technician was very knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. I thought that their price was very reasonable. I will certainly use them again if the need arises.

We had an amazing simple experience with Banko Overhead Doors. The service manager was very precise in what the procedure was going to be and our service technician was absolutely fabulous. He called ahead of time to give us notice when he would arrive. He explained and showed us what issues we had with our home garage door. Then went to work fixing them in no time at all. Our garage door is as good as new. Banko is highly recommended and will absolutely use them again when needed at home and business. The though of not having to purchase a new garage door because of the professional services provided was a huge relief.

Gurdev was awesome! He is very professional and courteous. I recommend Banko doors for replacement or all repairs. I was going to replace my own torsion rod but it was going to cost more to buy the kit and shipping from an out of state vendor. Banko came in cheaper and quicker! Banko replaced my garage door at my old house and back then they were great and they still are now!

I tried Banko for the first time and wanted to share my experience. My garage door job wasn’t a straightforward one — there was a lot of back and forth — but in the end, Banko and their technicians did a fantastic job and gave me a fair price.

Whatever you do, don’t order your garage door opener from one of those Big Box stores. You’ll get a superior product and a much smoother experience when you purchase directly from Banko.

Every time I called, they had someone out within 24 hours (sometimes even less!). That kind of service is rare these days.

Special thanks to Gurdev, the technician who handled my install — he did an outstanding job.

I’ll definitely be using Banko again. They treated me well and clearly understand the value of their customers.

The appointment was scheduled between the timeframe of 8am-12pm, however, tech showed up at 1pm without calling to warn they were running late. Kind of pointless in offering a timeframe if not sticking with it. Additionally, even though there is a pandemic he wasn't wearing a mask. Other than that, the job was done quickly and the tech was professional. Edit: After posting this review I was contacted by the company with an apology for the tardiness and mask guidelines. I'm impressed by how they took ownership of the issue and addressed it. It's small things like this that show a company cares. I'm adjusting my review to reflect my view on the company as a whole.

Anthony gave us great service on replacing our broken chain. He was very efficient, kind, personable, professional and an all around great employee. I would definitely recommend Anthony to install any garage doors. Anthony took the time to explain everything to us and make sure that we had all our questions answered. Also, the price was right for the work that we had done.

Fantastic experience! Fast availability and fixed our problem that day without over charging. Another company wanted to charge over 1,000 and basically lied to me about the problems. Dan was friendly and efficient. Could not be happier!

Your employee in his truck was driving erratically along 38th street in St Petersburg yesterday. He was drunk. I saw him drinking a Coors Light Beer while swerving between lanes. He almost hit an elderly woman in her car. I got my video camera out to film your driver and he started yelling profanity out his window at me while screaming Anti Trump politics. Yelling to me to pull over to fight him. I was scared. I am contacting a lawyer & fully expect to file a lawsuit against this driver & your company. He put lives in danger.

Tech was on time and called about 20 minutes before arrival. 15-20 minutes later door was running smoothly and now I can relax and not worry about a breakdown or jam. Very nice young man. Efficient and courteous!

Banko is an awesome company! We just had them come out to replace a spring and install the new Liftmaster WLED operator. Gene and Jeff did a fantastic job. They were speedy and cleaned up after themselves. Our garage door works great now!!! Highly recommended them. 5 Stars! Great job guys!!!
