My experience with Banko Overheads Doors was awful. The technician (David Mixon) never showed and had to call the Tampa office twice for an update. The window of operation was from 8am-12pm. Afterwards, I was transferred to a Supervisor/Lead (John) that provide an update and apology. The technician arrived at 4:30pm.

Great experience with Banko and their technician Gene. Gene did a fabulous job. He was courteous, professional and got the job done quickly and correctly. I have been using Banko for service on my garage door opener for many years. They are trustworthy and excellent in every respect. I highly recommend them and I will continue using them for future needs.

The technician Mike or MJ went to my mother’s house the other day. He gave her an estimate to fix springs at 700$. When she called in she was quoted 335$. He than explained that the office was “dumb” and doesn’t know the real price. Who in the world represents a company like that. Calling the staff dumb doesn’t look good. Needless to say we had him leave for his very rude attitude towards my mother. I will be letting everyone I know to avoid this company at all costs.

Extremely poor response. Put warranty request because garage door was creating hell lot of noise. But banco refused to service. Never recommend banco

We would highly recommend Banko Overhead Doors. They gave us a timeframe that they would be at our house to repair the garage door when we called for service.
Ryan called 1/2 hr. before arriving.
Quickly & efficiently, it was repaired.
