I had to reschedule the installation of my new garage door for a specific day and Banko was very accommodating! The morning of the installation, Kevin called to give me a more accurate time and when he was running just a few minutes late, he called to advise me of that as well. Rob was the gentleman who came to install our garage door opener. He did an amazing job and took his time to explain to me all the details of maintaining our garage door so that we wouldn’t be needing any major maintenance for as long as possible. I so appreciate that level of customer service, which is really hard to find. All communication with Banko has been extremely pleasant and very professional. They seem to be one of the few companies that truly value their customer. A little kindness and understanding goes a long way. Thank you again for a great experience.

A coworker recommended Banko to me and sure enough, service was excellent and easy to deal with. We just moved into our first home and weirdly there are two separate garage doors- we just didn’t seem to have remotes for the openers so the Banko guys was able to repair one, but the other one seems to have an ancient electrical box thing, which we’ll need to replace. All in all, great service.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Friday afternoon. I called Banko Doors and they were able to send a technician right away. When he arrived, he was able to replace the spring very quickly and he completed an inspection and maintenance on the entire door within an hour of the time of his arrival. I was so amazed that they were able to help us so quickly and efficiently.

Recently had 2 panels of my garage door replaced. The estimate was a good price and done same day. The repair was done well but had a little bit of a miscommunication which led to a delay in it being completely finished. But the job was done well and I happy to have a working garage door again.
