My garage door was originally installed by Banko in 2006, 18 years later one of the springs broke. Daniel from Banko came out and replaced both springs, lubed and checked out my door and the opener. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and I felt like the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Banko Overhead Doors to anyone who has a problem with their garage door.

The torsion spring on my garage door broke on Easter with my car in the garage, meaning I couldn’t open my garage door or get my car out of the garage. I called Banko at 7:45am Monday morning and a technician was at my house by 11am the same day! Ryan was great in replacing the springs and had me good to go in less than 45 minutes. He took the time to explain everything to me and was very professional…all done at a fair price. I’ve been using Banko for 10 years and they always do a great job!

Perfect! From the initial phone call for service to the completion of the job, everything was perfect. Our technician called us before his arrival and was on time. He immediately realized and solved our issue in an efficient and pleasant manner. The cost to fix was more than fair. I\’ve tried other garage door service companies and they don’t compare with Banko, which is why I tried them. I’m a very happy customer and will not hesitate to use them again and recommend.
