Your dispatcher was very understanding about my Church activity around 7:00 AM this morning and I might not be able to make your
appointment of 8-12 today. However, my activity was over quite early, and I got home at ten till n00n! Your Tech., Zach, called me to confirm
that I was home and said he would be here shortly! He arrived soon and my garage door problem was solved in ten minutes.!

I called on a Saturday after the spring on the garage door broke. I was able to get an appointment Monday afternoon between 12-4pm. The technician called at 11:43 to let me know that he would be at my house in 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes after arriving he was wrapping the job up and was on his way. The price was what I was quoted, I was able to get an appointment right away and the technician was on time. I don’t know what else I could have asked for. Thanks for the great service over the years!

Our service Technician RYAN, called before he came, was on time, was polite, friendly, seemed very knowledgeable, did not try to sell us anything \\\”extra\\\”, serviced the garage doors and openers and at only 2-years old, they have never operated better. We could not recommend this technician more, and if he is an example of the company, they are a #1 in our view. We will defiantly be using them for all our garage door and opener needs in the future as well as recommending them to our neighbors!
