Rapid response, quick fix to my door problem, 10 point inspection that made several improvements, all at a very reasonable price!

Customer service was very helpful and had service tech scheduled for two days. Banko Tech was very knowledgeable and advised the garage motor had to be replaced. Suggested chain drive be replaced with a belt drive which is quieter and much smoother. Service tech was Johnny. He was very efficient and skilled at replacing drive unit. I would recommend Banko and especially Johnny to anyone for servicing and or installing new drive.

Excellent service! Technician came out late in the day, in the middle of a howling rainstorm. He was friendly, professional and efficient. Mainspring was replaced in under an hour and he even engaged one of my boys in preparing the paperwork. Very satisfied. Thank you!

The tech was able to come a day earlier than originally planned. Did a “tune up” on my door. New rollers. New weather strip on the bottom panel. Tightened one spring that wasn’t pulling it’s weight. : ) Lubed all hinges.
The door is 22 years old and works like new! It’s so quiet now!

Our new home, as second owners, were amazed at the quality of the garage door, not so good., I called for an inspection and spruce up. The garage door, opening and closing reminded me of tin cans rattling. Apparently the door had not been serviced, at least not by you. Maintenance work and a new rubber seal installed. Sounds a lot better now. No need for a new door. Very conscientious workers, did their best to spruce up. Thank you for your quick response.
