As usually a wonderful experience with Banko Doors. Everyone from Priscilla, Penny, John, and service technician Paul were over the top professional and skilled. Have done business with Banko since 2012, when I purchased a new garage door and opener, and as a Realtor have proudly recommend them as a service provider since then.
After spending a career of 30 years training salespeople and sales managers I feel Banko and its team members believe as I do. “Customer Service” is not a department…..”Customer Service” is an attitude !!!!!

The men arrived early and went to work. They were efficient and professional. The area was clean when the job was finished. The price was exactly what I was quoted when I called for repairs. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Very pleased and definitely recommend!
