Garage door not closing properly, or partially closing and reversing. Call was answered promptly, and I was able to schedule this non-emergency appointment within 36 hours of my call. Technician Jim actually arrived a little earlier than scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the issues making the door chatter and reverse. After his adjustments, the door is now operating properly, closing with a single button push. In my opinion, he spotted and fixed issues that our previous technician who replaced a broken door spring 2 months ago should have spotted. I won’t ding Banko for his miss. I appreciate the timely service and corrections done by Jim.

I had my garage door balanced and was very pleased after the service tech provided instructions and why my door was hard to use manually in the event of a power outage.

I honestly can’t say enough great things! I want to recognize Zach and Faried for outstanding service. The customer service provided was about and beyond my expectations! These gentlemen were working in my neighborhood, ( my appt was scheduled much later in the day), they were driving past an noticed my garage door was clearly having problems, and looked into their schedule and asked if they could fix my garage now as they were just driving by and saw my car was stuck inside. I cannot express how happy I am with the kindness, professionalism, and proactive problem solving these gentlemen showed that morning. I hope the higher ups read this and recognize these outstanding men in a great job done as well as such excellent customer service, they deserve a bonus!

I’m hard of hearing and my neighbor was texting me and phoning me to let me know the men were here!! It was quick! Thorough (?) polite, clean, very kind & helpful!! Thank you..makes an “Old Lady Happy!” AND..my garage door opens & closes again!!
