Our 12 year old door opener was giving us problems. After inspection and discussion with Banko serviceman (Bryan), we decided to have Banko replace it. Bryan had the opener that I wanted on his service truck and completed the service and installation. Watching him work it was obvious that he is very experienced and was great to work with. Jason arrived on time, was properly dressed, and to begin, he was polite.
However, he began to interrupt my questions to him. He spoke way too fast, and I did not feel comfortable with him…
I dismissed him after about 15 minutes of his arrival so as to not waste his time completing an estimate that I knew I’d not utilize.
I’m sorry that we could not do business as I had heard mostly excellent reports from others regarding Banko.
