I am a repeat customer and have referred Banko.  They answer the initial call immediately and are very efficient at scheduling service appointments.  The service professionals showed up on time and was able to repair the tension springs very fast. Great service and very timely.  My previous experience was when I needed a new opener.  They were also very timely and efficient, courteous, etc.  Gave me several options from inexpensive to top of the line with the pros/cons of each.  Good selection, etc.

Back in January our garage door quit working and I called Banko Overhead Doors to get it fixed. I could see that the spring was broke so when Dan came out he confirmed that it was broke but also told me that the gears needed to be replaced as well for an additional $150 dollars. I thought, Yeah right, this is just an up sale/scam that is not needed so I declined. He informed me that we probably had another 3 months before it broke again. Almost 3 months to the day, the garage door broke again and it was the gears. Dan came out and fixed it and now it works perfectly fine. I told him that he restored my faith in service companies because I always think they are trying to scam me. So, if you need your garage door fixed, call Banko and ask for Dan.

Arrived at my home last weekend only to find out that my garage door wouldn’t open. I had just purchased this home. I was so disappointed! I went to my neighbor and she told me to “CALL BANKO”!So, here it is 4:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. I called Banko and the lady was so helpful. She said that I could have a repair person at my house by 6:30 p.m. – THAT EVENING! I was so surprised. I waited and he arrived promptly. He was so professional and courteous. My garage door motor broke on Memorial Day weekend. I called and to my pleasant surprise someone answered. He was very knowledgeable and scheduled a repair a few days later. The repairman was 2 hours late because he was overbooked. However, he was excellent and fixed my opener in 30 minutes. The price was reasonable. He then had another appointment on the other side of town. Easily could have rated 5 stars other the delay. I would recommend and use your services in the future.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The spring on our garage door broke and we were completely distraught since we couldn’t find the key to manually open and close the door.  I had heard the Banko Doors commercials on a daily basis for years and hoped that they would be reasonable and reliable.  We called and they came in less than 2 days.  They would have come sooner, but we were not available.  The technician was excellent.  Within less than an hour he replaced the springs.  I highly recommend Banko Overhead Doors and will use them for future needs.
