I requested a repair of a broken spring. What I got was replacement of both springs due to age plus both cables were frayed. Then when I thought he was done, he adjusted the door opener railing and attachment to the door. finishing up by adjusting the door in the open and close position. A true professional job. I am a retired refrigeration mechanic and I know professional work when I see it.
