Ben came out to replace a heavy door spring. He was polite and interesting and clearly explained our options. Then he noticed my other garage door had a broken plastic light cover (from my boys playing tennis inside the garage… we shared a few parenting anecdotes) Ben offered to drop us off a cover FOR FREE when he replaced a matching unit at another service call later in the week. I assumed he was just being nice and I would never see him again. But today He DID. He dropped off a replacement part at my front door! Ben deserves a raise for getting Banko a die hard loyal customer. Thanks Banko and Thanks Ben! Leigh

The technician Ben Greer that’s been to my house on several repairs has always been prompt, polite, courteous, and company oriented. Excellent response time. Knowledgeable tech. He was very gratuitous when I did not know all I needed was a battery. As it was 6 yrs since last here, I now feel secure since the door was given the once over and things were tighten upped and greased. Thank you.
