LiftMaster Elite Series

I went to leave my house on Saturday and I had a broken spring and was stuck in my garage. I called Banko and their customer service was fantastic. They were able to get a technician to my home the same day and the quote they gave me over the phone was exactly what I paid. No additional fees and the technician was very professional. Great experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

I had Banko come out two weeks ago to provide me with a quote. I have two single (his and hers) car garage doors and I needed new openers and the seals replaced for both doors. I was very happy with the quote, I responded for the install and was scheduled for install last Thursday 2/12 between 8am-12pm.

Unfortunately, they had a truck break down that morning. Our scheduler called me around 10am and explained the situation, but assured me someone would still be there to install between noon and 4pm. She did say it would probably be closer to 4pm. No problem, Schnitt happens.

Here’s where it gets good… I had a Banko technician show up around 2pm and told me he was not my scheduled technician, but he was there to help get the project started. He was installing the second opener as the scheduled tech showed up around 3:15pm. Together they wrapped up the project around 3:45pm.

I could not be happier with the Lift Masters installed and the amazing teamwork by Banko to keep us on schedule. Fantastic all around. They knocked it out of the park.

Very courteous. I called before noon and received same day service. The service technician was very professional. The price I was quoted was the price I paid! I will recommend Banko to all of my friends!
